Most if not all software contains defects – even software from the worlds largest software companies. Most times these bugs are minor, occasionally they are not.

QuickShadow Backup may well contain software defects, but along with that, computers, microprocessors and their operating systems also contain defects. They are also affected by environmental factors such hardware malfunctions, dirty power supplies, static electricity discharge, and even sun spot activity!

Whilst QuickShadow Backup and the developers have used their best endeavours, this is no protection against failures of the program, operating systems, hardware, networks, disk drives and other inftrastructure. QuickShadow Backup attempts to make the backup copies it claims to, but like any other backup system this cannot be guaranteed. You are strongly encouraged to check your backup copies, and use the log files produced by QuickShadow Backup to ensure it is operating as you expect. You are also encouraged to report what you suspect to be incorrect operation.
